BART and other Bay Area transit agencies offer the Clipper START program providing 20% discounts on BART, Muni, AC Transit, and more for low-income adults. Covers the entire Bay Area transit network including BART, buses, and ferries.
Eligibility
Adults 18-64 with income at or below 200% of federal poverty level.
