Atlanta's MARTA offers reduced fare Breeze Cards for seniors, disabled individuals, and low-income riders. The MARTA Reentry Partnership provides free 30-day Breeze Cards to individuals leaving prison who need transportation to jobs and services.

Seniors 65+, disabled individuals, low-income riders. Returning citizens through reentry partnerships.
