GRTC - Reduced Fare Pulse Card (Richmond, Virginia)
Richmond's GRTC Transit System operates buses and the Pulse BRT. Reduced fares for seniors and disabled riders. Virginia Reentry programs partner with GRTC to provide transit passes for returning citizens. Northern Virginia also has a robust bus system.
