Swift Transportation (now part of Knight-Swift) offers free CDL training at driving academies across the country. They are one of the most felon-friendly major carriers in the US. Training is provided in exchange for a commitment to drive for Swift after graduation. Covers Class A CDL, driving skills, safety, and federal regulations.
