Knight Transportation (Knight-Swift) offers free CDL training through their Knight School of Transportation. Known to hire felons on a case-by-case basis. Training covers Class A CDL licensing, safety protocols, and driving skills. Trainees commit to driving for Knight after program completion. Training academies located in multiple states. Non-violent felonies often approved.
Eligibility
Must be 21+, pass DOT physical and drug test. Non-violent felonies considered individually.
