Mesilla Valley Transportation (MVT) offers free CDL training and is a known felon-friendly carrier. Focuses on dry van and temperature-controlled freight in the southwest and nationwide. Training covers Class A CDL, safety protocols, and cross-border transport knowledge. Trainees commit to driving for MVT after graduation.
Eligibility
Must be 21+, pass DOT physical and drug test. Non-violent felonies reviewed individually.
