The Up Center is Hampton Roads' oldest and largest nonprofit family services organization, serving the community for over 140 years. Their Mental Health & Substance Use Counseling program provides individual and group counseling for adults, youth, and military families. Services include therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use recovery. Returning citizens are welcome — counselors work with people navigating reentry challenges.
