Alabama Apprenticeship Program – IBEW/JATC Electrical
Paid 5-year registered electrical apprenticeship through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 136 and NECA. Apprentices earn wages from day one, starting at 40–50% of journeyman scale and increasing each year. Covers inside wireman, residential, and instrumentation specialties.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, pass aptitude test, and pass a drug screen
