5-year paid registered electrical apprenticeship through IBEW Local 226 and Kansas NECA. Apprentices start at 40% of journeyman scale with annual wage increases. Includes 8,000 OJT hours and 900 related technical instruction hours. Leads to journeyman electrician license.
