5-year paid registered electrical apprenticeship through IBEW Local 584 and NECA Oklahoma. Starting at 40% of journeyman scale (~$14/hr) with annual raises to full journeyman wages. 8,000 OJT hours plus 900 classroom hours. Meets Oklahoma Construction Industries Board requirements.
