5-year paid registered electrical apprenticeship through IBEW Local 429 and NECA Tennessee. Starting wages approximately $15/hr with annual increases to journeyman rates of $38+/hr. 8,000 OJT hours plus 900 classroom hours. Meets TN Department of Commerce and Insurance licensing requirements.
