The Awesome Foundation awards $1,000 grants every month with no strings attached to fund awesome ideas — including small business projects, community initiatives, arts, technology, and more. Each local chapter (organized by city or community) pools its own money and gives away $1,000 monthly to a project it finds awesome. There are chapters across the U.S. and around the world, so you can apply to the one closest to you. It's a simple application with no complex requirements — just tell them why your idea is awesome. Over $7.8 million has been granted across 7,800+ projects so far.
