SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) National Program — SAMHSA
SOAR is a national program that helps individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a mental illness or medical impairment apply for SSI/SSDI. It provides specialized training to caseworkers to improve the success rate of disability applications.
