SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) — SAMHSA
SOAR is a national program that assists individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in applying for SSI/SSDI benefits. It provides specialized training to case managers to help document medical impairments and navigate the Social Security application process.
