SOAR Works! (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) — Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
A national program that trains case managers to assist individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a disability in applying for SSI/SSDI benefits. It provides the tools and methodology to increase approval rates for complex disability applications.
